You're Not Alone

Millions of people feel terrible after eating wheat.

And they don't know why.

Bloating. Stomach pain. Inflammation. Foggy energy. The reaction is real — even when tests come back normal. Real people, real experiences.

The Solution

It's Not Your Body.

It's the Wheat.

Modern wheat was bred to grow more per acre. The result is a grain your gut was never designed to handle. Einkorn wasn't changed — same genetics for 10,000 years.

Simpler Gluten

Easier to digest. Most people who react to modern wheat do fine with einkorn.

On What We Grow

"Real food comes from real soil."

We farm regeneratively — not as a claim, but because the land should be healthier when we leave it than when we found it.

Healthy soil grows more nutritious grain. The minerals in your bread start in the ground. We protect that.

No pesticides. No shortcuts.

Common Questions

Before You Decide

What is einkorn? +

The oldest wheat on earth. Never hybridized. 10,000 years unchanged. It has a simpler gluten structure, more protein, and significantly higher levels of vitamins and antioxidants compared to modern wheat.

What are einkorn berries? +

Einkorn berries are the whole, unprocessed grain kernels. You can mill them into flour, cook them like rice, or sprout them. They're the most versatile way to use einkorn.

Is this safe for celiac? +

No. Einkorn contains gluten and is not safe for people with celiac disease. However, many people with non-celiac wheat sensitivity find they can tolerate einkorn well due to its simpler gluten structure.

How do I use einkorn berries? +

Cook them like rice or quinoa for salads and bowls. Mill them fresh into flour for bread, pasta, and baking. Soak and sprout them for added nutrition. They're incredibly versatile.

Where is your farm? +

We're based in Alberta, Canada. Our einkorn is grown regeneratively on our family farm, where the cold winters and rich prairie soil create ideal growing conditions.

Do you ship across Canada and the US? +

Yes. We ship to all provinces in Canada and all 50 US states. Waitlist members get priority access and early shipping windows before public launch.

How is einkorn different from modern wheat? +

Modern wheat has 42 chromosomes and was heavily hybridized for yield. Einkorn has just 14 chromosomes — the original set. It has more protein, more vitamins, more antioxidants, and a simpler gluten that many people digest more easily.
